This service pack includes a new feature called Upgrade Companion. The Upgrade Companion helps Novacura understand which features are used in Flow and how large the solution is. This information will then be used to improve estimates for when a customer can transition to Flow Connect.

This functionality collects Flow data from servers from customers, such as:

• The number of times a workflow has been run

• The number of steps in a workflow

• The connectors used

Data is collected once a week, with no personal data included. The collected data is stored by Novacura and is for Novacura's use only.
