Offline functionality available in web client  

* Resolved an issue causing the client to hang when moving forward
* Fixed so links being opened by a few controls work correctly and the same way as the old client again, plus a security fix.
* Fixed an issue causing device users being unable to logout with touch
* Increased the default size of "add row" for grids to allow longer names for value lists to be visible
* Fixed input field not enforcing uppercase while typing if the input field was set to uppercase
* Improve performance regarding "AND" operator in flowscript
* Improved general performance
* Lowered data storage usage from flows
* Added support for offline
* Fixed an issue causing "empty stack" to happen when unpausing flows in certain occasions
* Fixed concurrency issues causing data to become corrupt in rare cases
