The Base64DecodeText function decodes a base64 encoded string to text.
The syntax for the Base64DecodeText function is:
Base64DecodeText(value, encoding)
value - the base64 encoded value to decode.
encoding - the encoding to use as a string (i.e. "UTF-8").
If you pass a value that does not match any valid encoding, UTF-8 will be used. The flow environment variable "encodings" contains valid values as shown in the below image:
