Table consisting of field values. Note that StaticName of fields needs to be provided, not Title
Folder url
Url to folder to create item in. Leave empty for root folder. Example if adding item to folder 'folder1' in Custom List 'clist' in subsite 'subsite1': '/subsite1/Lists/clist/folder1'
