Issues Resolved
Resolved an issue caused by changes in IFS OData projection contracts introduced in version 25R1 and later. These changes could lead to problems when recompiling projections during upgrades from 24R2 to 25R1. For example, some projection endpoint parameters were renamed to include underscores, which caused those parameters to no longer appear in the Machine Step UI after recompilation.
Behavior change: A new code generation mechanism has been introduced as an opt-in, configurable per projection. To use the new mechanism, select “Re-compile for 25R1 and beyond.” To retain the previous behavior, continue using the existing “Re-compile” option. This approach ensures maximum backward compatibility while allowing customers to gradually transition to version 25R1 or later.

Resolved an issue with the built-in document handling functionality caused by changes in IFS OData projection contracts introduced in version 25R1 and later.
Behavior change: A new document handling mechanism has been introduced as an opt-in, configurable per connector. To enable the new behavior, select “Enable Document Handling 25R1 and Beyond.” To retain the existing behavior, continue using “Enable Document Handling.” This approach ensures maximum backward compatibility while allowing customers to gradually transition to version 25R1 or later.
