Seeded inbox can also be fetched from an offline resource. Create an offline resource and connect a machine workflow that fetches the data needed for the seed inbox. Add a machine step and connect the machine step to the start event with a data arrow. In the machine step refer to the output of the offline resource.
For every fetched row will an inbox item appear in the inbox.
