The Server content panel shows the server content that is stored on the currently connected server. Content can be folders, workflows or menus.
To create new content right click anywhere and select New... from the context menu. To move the contents, drag and drop the content onto the folder that it should be moved to.
Export: To export an item and save it as a file, right click on it and choose Export. You can export a single workflow or menu, or right click on a folder to export everything in the folder. An exported workflow will get suffix .flow, a menu will get suffix .mflow and a folder will get suffix .wap.
Import: To import an exported item, right click in the server content panel and choose Import, or choose Import to server from the File menu. Novacura Flow 6 supports import of workflows from version 5.10 and above.
Folder: A folder can contain different types of workflows and menus. Workflow: A regular workflow. The icon is grey when no one is working with it. The icon is blue when the logged in user has the workflow in edit mode. When another user is working on the workflow, it will show a padlock icon. Machine Workflow: A machine workflow. The icon is grey when no one is working with it. The icon is blue when the logged in user hae the machine workflow in edit mode. When another user is working on the workflow, it will show a padlock icon. Workflow Fragment: A fragment workflow, and the icon is grey when no one is working with it. The icon is blue when the logged in user have the fragment workflow in edit mode. When another user is working on the fragment, it will show a padlock icon. Menu: A menu needs to be configurated to make workflows available in the clients.
